Teacher training program
By learning a new language, we acquire new skills and use them as a tool to make a dream come true.
the STC, Spring Teacher Course, was born from this dream and desire to do more for our students.
Through our teacher training program, the STC, this is where English becomes more than just a work tool and becomes a career.
Our course was designed and developed using the Spring methodology, which has been successful for approximately 10 years.
The STC lasts 120 hours, including internship, theoretical and practical classes. Still within the course, in addition to students acquiring teaching techniques and strategies, we also work, through practical classes, on the sense of self-confidence necessary for teachers within a classroom.
Training teachers, building people
There is a “secret weapon” within the course, when we use neurolinguistic programming techniques, to train not only better teachers but also more interesting people with more emotional intelligence.
Upon graduating, the student will be ready to enter the job market with the possibility of working within Spring itself or anywhere else in the world.
