Spring Barbecue

Spring Barbecue

Last weekend (29/6), our school held the long-awaited annual “Barbecue” event.

The 4th of July holiday is one of the most important dates for North Americans. This marks the Independence of the United States of America and carries deep historical and cultural significance for the nation.

On this day, everyone in the country celebrates with historical traditions passed down for generations such as fireworks, picnics and of course, the famous barbecue!

The purpose of this event is to promote unity among students and increase interest in English, Portuguese and Japanese languages.

This year, the celebration took place in a beautiful park with a vast green area. The weather was perfect, with radiant sunshine and open skies, creating the ideal atmosphere for a day of fun and learning.

Our organization team was divided into several areas to ensure that all aspects of the event were a success. Among the most lively activities, we had the famous “pie in the face”, where students participated in a quiz with questions and answers, and the always popular bingo, which offered our famous sensational prizes.

In terms of food, our students had the chance to try authentic American barbecue. Burgers and hot dogs were grilled on the grill, accompanied by several delicious complements that pleased everyone present.

We also had irresistible dessert and semi-jewelry stalls, where students could purchase beautiful pieces!

One of the big news this year was the inclusion of a quick massage tent. A professional masseur was on hand to offer moments of relaxation to participants, providing a refreshing break between activities and fun.

The event was a great success, bringing together our students for a day full of learning, socializing and lots of laughter.

Each year, we seek to innovate with new experiences so that everyone can make the most of it. We look forward to the next meeting and to continuing to strengthen ties between students and cultures.

Happy 4th of July and Spring your life!
