Segunda Edição do Simulado IELTS na Spring School

Second Edition of the IELTS Mock Exam at Spring School

On Sunday, August 25th, we experienced a memorable day with the second edition of the IELTS Mock Exam at Spring School. From the beginning, at 10 am, the energy and expectation of the students were palpable, reflecting the commitment and determination of each one to give their best.

We started with a brief introduction to warm up everyone's spirits and prepare them for the challenges ahead; The first stage, the Listening test, required total concentration, with 30 minutes followed by 10 minutes to transfer the answers, the determination on each student's face was clear – everyone was focused on delivering their best.

Soon after, the Academic Reading test brought another challenge: an hour of reading and interpretation, a test of mental resistance, seeing our students immersed, absorbing every detail and applying learned strategies, was inspiring!

In the Writing section, students faced two tasks, both within a tight one-hour deadline, pens raced across paper, translating thoughts into words, ideas into arguments, determination was evident and each completed task was a personal victory.

After so much effort, a break was more than deserved. During the two-hour break, our students enjoyed a coffee break, but the best was yet to come. Our CEO, Guto Aguiar, shared information and interesting facts about the exchange programs that our school offers, lighting the eyes of those who dream of studying abroad, reinforcing the idea that the world is within everyone's reach.

Finally, the Speaking test. Each interview is an opportunity to demonstrate your language proficiency and the confidence you have acquired. This part was organized and led by teachers Keila Kimino and Tatiana Ueda. Hearing each student express themselves with clarity and conviction was exciting.

This day was not just about a mock exam, it was about overcoming, growth and each student's journey towards their dreams.
I felt immensely proud of each of them. This experience was more than just preparation for the official exam – it was a milestone in each of their journeys towards success.

With great pride,
Teacher Keila Kimino.
