Spring School – The experience that changed my life
Hello! My name is Gabriel, I am 16 years old and I recently became a staff member at the Toyota unit of Spring School.
I have been studying English here for almost a decade and I can say that this experience has changed my life for the better in many, many ways.
I have always been much more interested in the exact sciences than in the humanities. At first, I started studying at Spring in search of friendships more than because of my interest in Japanese and English. But somehow, the teachers managed to awaken in me a huge passion for the language, something that, honestly, to this day, I don't know where it came from.
When I entered the Spring School, my English was extremely basic, but I managed to reach fluency quickly (a special thanks to Teacher Murilo for being such a special first teacher and for supporting me to this day).
Thanks to Spring, I had the opportunity to meet and talk to many people from different countries.
As much as the Spring School There are many factors that make it special, I believe the main one is the attention that teachers and principals dedicate to students.
The support we receive, both inside and outside the classroom, is impressive. I know that no matter what the problem is, even if it is not directly related to the subject, I can always count on my teacher.
Even though I'm young and don't have much experience, I can say with certainty that Spring School was one of the biggest influences in building who I am today.
